Microsoft Azure Cloud
Azure And The Cloud…
Excenta’s Microsoft Azure environments are tailored for merchant and distribution companies. The solution delivers a secure desktop for users, high performance BisTrack systems and business productivity services.
Data in the cloud is stored in facilities operated by Microsoft Azure. All data is replicated either 3 or 6 times as a minimum for resiliency, providing significant improvements over traditional RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) based technology.
User workspaces are deployed into a fully managed, load balanced Microsoft Remote Desktop Services environment in an Azure tenancy. This solution allows customers to migrate their core business applications, and start to consume all other Azure services, be it IaaS (Infrastructure as a Services), PaaS (Platform as a Service) or SaaS (Software as a Service).
Based on our previous experience Excenta recognise that merchant operations have both common and specific industry requirements. The proposed solutions aims to make a difference to each customer by offering flexible and agile solutions to suit each companies personal requirements.
Excenta Manged Services takes care of all the time-consuming IT infrastructure management tasks, freeing up the customer to concentrate on its core business. Excenta also offers advice and consultancy services for BisTrack and associated applications, which go beyond the services and capabilities of traditional IT service providers.
Cloud Managed Services
Our Managed Services aim to take the complexity out of running your core business systems and applications. Excenta create and set up a secure cloud environment and work with you to install your key business applications, as well as connect on-premise devices such as printers, desktop computers and laptops to your cloud infrastructure.
Within the Microsoft Azure Cloud Service, we deploy and manage the critical infrastructure (i.e. servers and networking,) ensuring they are running optimally, secure and backed up frequently.
Excenta understand that sometimes it can be difficult to determine who is responsible for a specific area or issue. As part of any solution Excenta will create a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix with the customer to clearly identify our individual and joint responsibilities.
